Work Experience

Our work experience programme takes a holistic approach, offering support before, during, and after the placement. Over a six-week period, participants are guided through a structured process designed to build confidence, enhance employability, and provide lasting impact beyond the programme itself.

Throughout the journey, participants will use dedicated toolkits to track progress, develop skills, and gather valuable evidence that can later be added to their CV. The focus is on strengthening existing abilities, exploring new skills, and encouraging a pathway toward a happier, more sustainable career.

To further motivate progress, participants can earn Purple Points by completing tasks and milestones. These points are added to their toolkit and contribute to their final certificate, awarded at bronze, silver, or gold level. Importantly, our support does not end at six weeks — we remain committed to providing ongoing guidance to help participants succeed in their next steps.
